Research On The Management And Development Of Social Science Associations In Heilongjiang Province

With the advent of the information age, the traditional management has limited the development of Social Science Associations. Communities’ development is facing the chances and challenges now. Social community plays a leading role in academic study. How to maximize the advantages of Social Science Associations needs to be further exploded. The methods include integration of resources, make new social capital get to play, the impact of new media, social networking and team-type research. The network will become a platform for associations to communicate. The platform will include Government, enterprises, universities and so on to provide a new style of senior service.This paper analyzes the limits of Heilongjiang social science communities’ development and the reasons for the limitations. The study, from the sociological perspective, elaborates the management and development of Heilongjiang Social Science Associations based on the relevant data and materials from the department of the Heilongjiang Provincial Association of Social Sciences Institute. The paper will propose many advices and feasible measures based on Heilongjiang’s unique resources and the condition of communities’ management. These methods will be proposed from specific examples of social communities’ management and their transformation to "think tank-type". The new type is a new developing direction proposed in their paper and also presents the innovation of the paper. The developing method enables Heilongjiang system to improve its ability in comprehensive research and provide a new research platform to promote the pluralism of community.
