Rural youth leaving their home has become a widespread phenomenon occurred in China. When they entering the city, they will face some obvious social problems including the discrimination from citizen and psychological discomfort. Most studies are focused on the process of how this problem happening in city area, but we should get back to where these people had been raised:the rural area.This study uses the theory of practice as the basic view to explore how village youth lives with and reproduces their habits. Many action strategies and drawings were produced when village youth interacting with the people who they were related to or in geopolitical relations. Those strategies also shaping their thinking, they may reproduce the body habitus mark again.The research used qualitative methods to collect relevant data, and participant observation for rural youth’s everyday life to understand the habitus and strategies. First chapter reviews some related findings. The second and third chapters analysis how rural youth use self-adjustment in decision processes and how they act in family, community and other activities. The fourth chapter sums up the idea about youth would change their habitus according to space switch to continuing the psychological security sense.The study gives following conclusions:rural youth’s self-adjustment base on the awareness of "time nodes" during big events decision processes like education, employment and marriage, etc. They accustomed to copy or follow the local guidelines, as well as adjusting the psychological expectations to comply with the limits of realistic conditions. That resulted the absence of imaginary world. In regular scenarios, youth accommodate unfamiliar situation by introducing familiar objects into it or changing the self-aligned to maintain the psychological security sense. This allows them to form a hierarchy power-use, as well as lacking the awareness of resource competition.
