According to statistics, by early 2015, 60 elderly population aged over 200 million in China, the proportion of total of close to 15%, Chinas aging population, presents the accelerating growth of the elderly, the life cannot provide for oneself growing old, empty nest old man team groups. The content of the elderly long-term care and nursing service, also from the early care become pure and simple life care, health care and rehabilitation nursing, psychological nursing gradually evolved to all aspects of the nursing service system. Because of old-age care service content of the project has become increasingly diversified, service object specialization, professionalization, old-age care nurse to pension services specialization and socialization of intensified. But pension caregivers of old-age care service socialization and specialization of the problem is one of the important bottleneck restricting the development of nursing service for a long time, how to improve the specialization level of endowment caregivers and old-age care this problem worth deep thinking towards socialization.Based on the professional theory and human resources management theory as the theoretical basis, through the way of questionnaire and interview, the sampling survey of status quo of Shandong union college endowment nurse training, and statistical data analysis. Through the study found that the participation of pension nurse education level, age structure, salary, professional knowledge, professional skills, professional training, there exists a significant impact on relations, different degree influence the pension nurse professionalism, old-age care service socialization and specialization level. I think the reason is various, from a policy perspective including the government guarantee policy, management system and operation mechanism is not sound enough, existing in the professional training; Social causes including the social recognition is not high, society would not "pay" for training, professional organization construction lag and labor forms a single problem; Individual level including age big all day and the low degree of culture, task and low salary and no professional sense of belonging. These reasons and overlapping influence, therefore, need to consider comprehensive factors.Finally, the author suggested in pension nurse education training, surrounding the professional, specialization and socialization, from attach great importance to the education and training of endowment orderly, make endowment nurse training goal and planning, improve the system of pension guarantee of nurse training and investment, increase endowment orderlies, pension reform nursing courses, enhance the consciousness of the endowment nurse professional education, establishing the endowment of nurse training evaluation and incentive mechanism to explore the seven aspects.The innovation of this article lies in: in content, based on the reference to scholars of our country endowment nurse training, on the basis of research results, by defining endowment ought to be a career role, for the lack of existing reality of old-age care service in China to provide theoretical assumptions, and to the present situation of the university endowment nurse training as the breakthrough point, put forward countermeasures and Suggestions of perfecting our countrys old-age nursing service quality, so this paper is more logical in content. On the method, using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview to Shandong union college endowment nurse training situation analysis, to explore Chinas endowment in the nurse training of the insufficiency of the theory and practice, to ensure that this article the problems reflected by obvious pertinence, puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem is more feasible. Therefore, this article will be on the content and methods of innovation.
