Intergovernmental Cooperation In Prevention And Control Of Air Pollution In Beijing, Tianjin And

In recent years, it has become the common understanding that the increasingly serious problems of environmental pollution must be solved by the form of intergovernmental cooperation. However, both the virtual relationship of Jing Jinji region and the air pollution of intergovernmental cooperation have not yet been established, consequently, resulting in no significant effect, beyond all doubt, working out the environmental problems can not only has relationship with people’s health, also with the synergetic development of Jing Jinji region. This research aims to verify one feasible and sustainable intergovernmental cooperation mechanism with the guidance of international cooperation theory, some typical case of public research, finally to build up the long-term feasible cooperation governmental mechanism.The paper mainly includes five parts: the first part will by means of describing the background of Jing Jinji region cooperation to proceed my literature review and research framework; the second part introduces the reality basis, and clear up the responsibility of government, market, and society; the third part wants to figure out the root cause of intergovernmental cooperation dilemma; the fourth part will take the experience of domestic and overseas for instance; last but not least, from three aspects which are environment, cooperative mechanism, and supervision mechanism to consummate intergovernmental cooperation mechanism of Jing Jinji region.
