"The sunflower student movement", happened in the March 18,2014 in Taiwan is a student-led, broad participation by social movement organizations movement. This student movement had a great impact on the politics of Taiwan and the relationship between Taiwan and Mainland. We have got three conclusion by study the structure of the movement mobilization. Firstly, Organization-internet mobilization is the main way in this movement. "The Black Island", as the representative of social movement organizations, is the main sponsor. Because of the developed civil society, a social movement circles was formed in Taiwan. The internet is the major mobilized media in this movement. By it, sponsors successfully built up anti-CSSTA collective consciousness, getting big support from the community unimpeded, avoiding information blockade and stigma and get ahead; secondly, the organizational forms coexist a centralization in Legislature and a anti-centralization outside the Legislature. Inside, there was controlled by "policymaking group", they control the entire development of this movement, transactional group is its executive body, it is obvious. Social movements amateur composing the major outside the Legislature. They never join in any social movement organizations, and not the hard-core supporters. They are different between each other in demands, even contradict, so it is so hard to unit them. They are ant-centralization; thirdly, there is big relationship between mobilization way and organizational structure, centralization is the result of the organizational mobilization, the ant-centralization is the result of internet mobilization. Moreover, the fracture between centralization and ant-centralization cause crisis of legitimacy to group leaders, this is also a new research directions in the Internet Age.
