Research On The Pattern Of Community - Based Small Institution

Since 1970 s the global population aging has gradually become a general trend. At the same time China’s aging population especially the elderly pension problem comes into the public’s vision becoming an important issue in our social life. Meanwhile China’s pension service pattern is also changing. The objects and the scope of the three adjustments including traditional institution pension family pension and community pension service also changed. Different pension models meet the different needs of the elderly. With the development of society there is a change in the demand for old age groups which calls for more appropriate pension model of the emergence of the elderly to meet the needs of the elderly. As the main living space for the elderly community’s service model is also changing. Embedded micro community institutions as an emerging pattern in the community care for the elderly meets the emerging pension needs to a certain extent however there is also a series of problems in operation process. Firstly this paper defines the concept of community and community endowment and introduces the practical experience and related theories of the community service for the aged in the community.Secondly according to the needs of the elderly and the community service model try to analyze the different models of the community endowment to meet and respond to the needs of the elderly. Again through the case introduces embedded micro mechanism in the community meet the old pension demand aspect and discuss its advantages and operation effects. Finally put forward the conclusion and suggestions. Embedded small and micro organizations in the community to meet the new pension issues and needs of the elderly to provide a new way of thinking and model but also is expected to be able to become a direction for the future development of pension. Collaborative social forces informal care system and embedded community small and micro mechanism into the chain model through output management and services to institutions as the basis can also to home further overflow service to further expand the content and coverage of pension services. Make the community embedded small and micro organizations to get better development.
