Since the reform and opening up, China’s township government give full play to their own advantages and characteristics, firmly implement the basic strategy of rule of law, strictly perform their statutory duties, administration according to law has made great achievements. But we should also see that China’s rural administrative organ failure to abide strictly enforced, statement on behalf law powers to suppress the law, corrupt phenomena still exist, not only against the vital interests of the grassroots, but also on national credibility brought great damage.With the above problems and thinking, the author investigates the Beijing Miyun District 9 towns(Xi Tian Ge Zhuang Town, Feng Jia Yu Town, Tai Shi Tun Town, Ju Ge Zhuang Town, Xi Weng Zhuang Town, Shi Cheng town, Mi Yun Town, Gao Ling Town, Xin Cheng Zi Town) administration by law, combined with the party and the country’s new policy orientation, the new changes in the social environment, and strive to objectively analyze the status quo township government administration according to law, from the township administrative problems in accordance with the law, analyzes the cause of the problem reason, in order to find solutions to this problem.
