Contemporary China 's Diplomacy Study On African Political Parties

Party diplomacy is an important part of China’s overall diplomacy. International Department of the CPC Central Committee plays an unique role in the long-term party diplomacy, constantly promotes the world’s understanding to the Communist Party of China. Africa is an important strategic region of China and the continent of hope. Africa is bound to play a more important role in the future international landscape in the context of the multi polar world.The Africa diplomacy of Communist Party of China is an important part of the party’s external work. There is a deep friendship between China and Africa. The Communist Party of China attributed a great effort when African parties sought national liberation. African parties also gave CPC huge support during the most difficult diplomacy period. Under the guidance of the four principles of inter party relations, CPC made an impressive achievement and constantly taken new breakthroughs. A "full range, wide field, multi channels, deep level" party diplomatic pattern has formed during the nearly 40 years relationship between CPC and African political parties.Although African political parties are in the primary stage, they still are the firm allies and partners of CPC. Therefore, the CPC diplomacy towards African parties is an important part of China’s diplomatic strategy. The CPC diplomacy towards African parties will help African parties develop in a stable and healthy manner, so as to provide a more stable and broad strategic space for the CPC. With the continuous development of CPC’s diplomacy practice, the CPC diplomacy towards African parties will play more and more important role and become an important strategic platform for building an “innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing” party relations.
