North Of Fuxin City Construction Group's Business Strategy

Using the theory of strategic management, this paper studiesthe corporation strategy of Fuxin Beifang Construction Group(abbreviated as "Beijian Group") according to the constructionindustry's own characters. The paper deeply analyzes the internaland external environment of Beijian Group, then points outBeijian Group's strategic direction and formulates its business setstructure. The paper proposes some guiding suggestions forBeijian Group's expansion strategy. Because connections amongmember companies of Beijian Group are not strong enough, themanagement system of parent company and children companiesshould be built in Beijian Group, and the operatiou mechanismshould also be transferred. The paper also discusses BeijianGroup's Business-level strategy and functional strategy. At last,the paper discusses Beijian Group's strategy implementation andstrategy control.
