Aerospace Science And Technology Development Strategy

Since China's reform and opening policy was carried out, especially since we entered into 1 990s, the international situation and domestic circumstances has changed greatly, and our country is changing from planed economic system to socialistic market economic system. Under these circumstances, China抯 aerospace industry deeply feel unsuitable, many enterprises tend to decline in economics benefit, and some of them even hard to maintain normal production and marketing activities. The rapid and healthy development of aerospace industry has been influenced seriously by the difficult situation, less economic benefit, low whole economic strength and weak market competitiveness. Therefore, we should seize opportunity, deepen reform, recompose valid resources so as to improve the existing and developing ability of the aerospace enterprises, push forward the modernization of management and carry out the endurable developing strategy. For Aerospace enterprises, this is not only the requirement of the times and inevitable selection to increase their own economic strength and improve market competitiveness, but also an opportunity and a challenge to execute Big Group Strategy, build first-class corporation in the world, impel aerospace economy to a continuous, rapid and healthy development.This thesis, taking Hunan Aerospace Industry Corp. as an example, probes into the developing strategy and management problems about aerospace scientific enterprises. The first section, which relates the basic theory of enterprise strategy management, is the theoretical basis .The second part, which introduces the current condition of aerospace enterprises especially of Hunan Aerospace Industry Corp. and analyses their existing problems. is the actual research basis. The other three sections, in logical order of analysis. formulation and execution, make a systematic and deep discussion about the developing strategy of aerospace enterprises.
