Shenyang City, The Industrial Structure Optimization Study

The unbalance of industrial structure is difficult problem that has been influencing our nation's economy. Upon this problem, especially the unbalance of some areas, the author of this essay, a working stuff of government, researched optimization of industrial structure and made his own analysis from the aspect of administration. The essay can be divided into two parts. The former part is theory analysis. It begins with the concept of industrial structure, and concludes the characteristics and classification of industrial structure, then raises a serial of index system to measure reasonable industrial structure, and analyses the external and internal aspects that influence the change of the industrial structure. On that basis, it further researches the change mechanism and retardation aspects. At the end of the part, it concludes the development regularity and points out the development trend by analyzing the history of industrial structure. The latter part analyses the history and present status of the development of industrial structure in detail, points out the contradiction that exists deeply, and put forward the strategy for Shenyang's industrial structure by integrating the comprehensive program, especially the tenth five-year plan. It first starts from the analysis of the industrial structure of Shenyang, figure out the present characteristics, and then analyses the problems existing in Shenyang's industrial structure. At the end of the part, combining the present status, it raises the strategy for the development of industrial structure of Shenyang.
