| Company A was founded in 1950s and administered the function of China's overseas economic aided projects at that time. In early 1990s, it became a state-owned enterprise dealing with foreign trade and overseas economic aided projects. After ten years' development, it has become a large group with more than twenty domestic branches and over ten branches and offices abroad.In order to improve the competitiveness of Company A and achieve it's strategic target, the author analyzes the problems in it's human resource management, and gives some suggestions to solve them. Besides the preface and the epilogue, this thesis consists of three parts.Part One analyzes the structure of human resource in Company A in the following four aspects: age structure, education structure, specialty structure and the proportion of the number of middle-managers to the number of total members in Company A.Part Two starts with the theory of modern human resource management. Then it expatiates on six problems about human resource management in Company A.Part Three gives an account of the present advantageous situation of its development, and the difficulties it's facing. And then it gives suggestions according to the problems described in Part Two from the following points:1. Setting up scientific and reasonable motivation system.2. Optimizing members flow system.3. Establishing job specifications through job analysis. 4. Setting up mutil-levels and mutil-orientations examination system. |
