Based On High Speed Craft Innovative Small And Medium-sized Enterprises The Complexity Of The Product Innovation Process,

High-speed boat is one of the important compositions in marine industry for its particular performance and special demand. There are significant differences between abroad advanced level and ours. The only way to satisfy the increasing demand of the high-speed boat in China is technological innovation. This article introduces high-speed and high-speed industry, the classic innovation theories, complex product system innovation theories and theoretical modes used for study the complex product system innovation in details. Then this article creates the theoretical mode applicable for the complex product system innovation in medium and small sized enterprises and analysis the relative factors of the mode. The correctness of this mode theory is verified by the innovation research of high-speed boat. Finally this paper summarizes the process of high-speed boat innovation to guide our future work.
