The 21st century has witnessed enormous changes brought about by information technology and its application. The changes take place in two aspects. On the one hand, the application of information technology has given birth to the new type of tools, making great improvement in productivity. On the other hand, information technology has transformed the traditional business models into a brand new business model, which is much more efficient. Moreover, the great change has brings innovation to people's mind and reflects the economic prosperity. Part Four gives a brief account of net bank supervision development and experience in foreign countries and summaries the contents and principles of netbank supervision. It also states problems related to China's net bank supervision based on practice and puts forward concrete methods and measures to be adopted.
