Being confronted with the integration of global economy, the Chinese state-owned enterprises are experiencing the radical reformation with the national economic restructuring. This reform is one by which the management system refines and the enterprise operating mechanism shifts and innovates as well. With the intense change in the external environment, especially in the competition environment, the development strategy for an enterprise becomes extremely important for its long-term subsistence and development.In this essay, on the premise of investigating the status and situation of Nantie Corporation Group, the diversified enterprise group affiliated to Taiyuan Railway Substation, the author analyzes practically and realistically its internal and external environment and its strength and weakness, and also the opportunities and challenges it is faced with. From which, the author, combining the strategic management theories of various present genres, establishes its general development strategy, and according to mis, composes particularly its industrial development strategy, structural design for legal entities' supervision, enterprise culture development strategy, human resource development strategy, and organization structure adjustment, which shows great significance to steer and guide the development of Nantie Corporation Group 0On the basis of analyzing, comparing and utilizing the strategic management theories of various genres for reference, this essay integrates all these strategic thinking, structures and methods; and also with the guidelines of integrating theory with practice, it makes great effort to explore the research of the development strategy for our state-owned enterprise under the situation of our present management system and economic development status together with our historical traditions and culture background.
