Base on historical materialism,this paper expose the process of uniformity of the international trade law。 The factors of uniformity of international trade law listed in this article are nature law,the practice of 1aw merchant,globalization and international organizations,they are all contribute to the uniformity ,so the uniformity is mutualistic historical process of them。The international trade law can be divided into two parts:one is private law ,the other is public law。Private law in international trade law have the characteristic of common,because it just the trade rules between individuals,and it can't be called international trade law before the sovereign states emerged, it just be called Lex mercatoria。It gradually became mingled with other laws after the 15th century when independent cities no longer existed and sovereign states emerged。Even after the sovereign states emerged, the characteristic of common had not been changed。When the sovereign states emerged,the international trade was under the control of sovereign states for the good of nation,the international trade law appeared。The part of public law became the main part of international trade law certainly,so the problem of sovereignty just the problem of uniformity。As a result of the economic development,the world stepped into the globalization epoch。The globalization has touched many aspect of human life and varied fields of human activity, under the background of globalization,sovereignty must be givenbrand-new meaning and feature。Every country will change their international trade policy and try to get more cooperation,the international trade law also get unified in new epoch。...
