Inside the enterprises, also has the phenomenon of low efficiency and high production cost. Since, according to the realistic situation of Inner Mongolia Taixi Coal Co.Ltd, to start the study on developmental strategy as early as possible is significant to the corporation's surviving and development.The thesis based on the principles of strategy management, found the important strategic factors related to the enterprise' surviving and development. Trough the analyses of both inside and outside environment of the company, there is tremendous needs from the market to meet with the development of the company. At the same time, it has the strength of labor resources and technology as well. Of course, the enterprise also has its weakness and threat from outside. After carefully study and analyses, the author constructed the basic thought of the developmental strategy of Inner Mongolia Taixi Coal Co.Ltd, and its developmental strategy and related functional strategy is explored, together with the measurements of strategic managements and guarantees.The thesis consists of five parts: part one the introduction of the study; part two and part three is the analyses of both outside and inside of the enterprise; the fourth part is the study of the developmental strategy; and the fifth is executive and management of the strategy. Following the thoughts of modern management of enterprises, and the knowledge of strategy, economy, finance management, marketing, the thesis contributed to the developmental strategy of Inner Mongolia Taixi Coal Co.Ltd and will be reference to its middle and long term development.
