China's Agricultural Surplus Labor Transfer Studies

Our country is a large-scale agricultural country, which is in the pivotal of social transition at present. And the transfer of agricultural leftover labors is the key point of realizing socialistic modernization construction. Nowdays, it's immediacy to propel the transfer of agricultural leftover labors positively, overall and activity.The article discusses the problem about transfer of the present agricultural leftover labors in our country from four parts, with the methods of scientific abstraction, instance analysis, fixed analysis and ration analysis.The first part of the article illustrates the scientific connotation of the transfer of agricultural leftover labors by analyzing various definition about transfer of agricultural leftover labors, and on the basis of this point, discusses the great importance of economic society's development.The second part analyses the historic process of agricultural leftover labors's transfer in our country, and summarize actualities of the transfer of agricultural leftover labors more systematically and completely.The third part put forward all kinds of main problems which lie in the process of agricultural leftover labors' transformation in our country. Moreover, it analyses the main reasons which produce these problems, deep and in detail.The fourth part discusses the tactics of adapting agricultural adjustment, exploiting the west, and facing demands of W.T.O.The article focuses on holding the present situation, that is, adapting the demand of adjusting agricultural structure during the "15th Meeting", holding the chance of exploiting the west and the changes during economic situation of W.T.O., establishing the aim of socialistic market economy, discussing the upstanding problem which lie in the process of transfer of agricultural leftover labors, and put forward practicable measures.
