Rational marketing strategies play an important role in a company's operation.Through promoting multi-functional all-in-one, Amoisonic Corporation preliminary developed information industry. Amoisonic faces the challenge on how to choose marketing and positing strategies. Influenced by the planned economic system, Amoisonic did not pay enough attention to the long-term strategies at the beginning. As facing the options how to choose marketing strategies, many national owned enterprises easily prefer short-term profits and ignore to explore how to achieve the competition advantages in the long run, how to create the specify strengths and meet the object to earn sustained development and lasting profits for the company. Actually, the harmony combination of resources, industry zone, organization and inner decision-making, could be helpful to achieve effective company strategies. If a company combines the several factors logically, the company would have competitive advantages and be able to develop substantially.Author has done some research on Amoisonic's marketing strategies under the circumstance reality, Amoisonic's inner environment and product characters.
