Real Estate Investment Warning Management System Design

On the base of it, this paper tried to establish a suite of the real estate investment monitoring and early warning management system of, and expect the system can provide a reference and help for the policy makers.The real estate investment early warning system designed include investment early warning signal system and investment cycle early warning system. This paper helps it can analysis rationally the real estate investment trend from different angle. In the real estate investment early warning system, this paper firstly analysis the time difference correlation about the real estate investment index and other indexes. Then some leading indexes are selected to act as the basis indexes system of the whole early warning system. Based on the leading indexes system, the real estate investment early warning signal system is designed. At the same time this paper analyze the further design way of thinking about the real estate investment early warning signal system.In the real estate investment cycle early warning system, all kinds of cycle analysis moderns are severed as main analysis tool. This paper mainly use cycle modern to give early warning analysis of the real estate investment from the investment itself.This paper use the real estate investment early warning system designed to analyze the real estate investment of si chuan trend from the early warning angle. It is found that the trend of real estate investment of si chuan is hotter in the future. So some measures should be made to adjust and control the real estate investment of si chuan to prevent too much investment at present.
