Competitiveness Of China's Defense Industry To Enhance The Research

After going through over fifty years development, Science and Technology Industry for National Defense of China (STINDC) has made a great contribution to the establishment of international standing of People's Republic of China. Nowadays, the situation both in home and abroad presented to STINDC, is undergoing a deep change. From the angle of international environment, global ization and the rapid development of science and technology prompt a more intense competition, thereon international competence become one of the world focuses. Taking it from the domestic environment, STIND inevitably and consequently become the player of marketing competence since the establishment of marketing economic system. During the transition from planned economic system to marketing economic system, the ingrained contradiction within STIND has gradually exposed, competence has subsequently become the key issue to confine the transformation and development to STIND. Studying the competence of STIND would make good sense to improve STIND, the economic return and the sustainable capacity. This section study the primary approaches, experiences and trends among such leadingcountry as America, France, Russia etc., which provide beneficial reference for structuring the framework for STINDC to enforce the competence.Section four: The basic framework for STINDC. This section initial the function Competence of STIND=F(M,D,T,I), in which M,D,T,I respectively represent the Power of Market Influence, Resource Deploy, Structure Transform, Innovation of STIND.Section five: the strategic countermeasure and proposition for improves the competence of STINDC. This section propose the strategic countermeasure and advice that include implementing and adjusting by category, partly advancing while partly withdrawing, propelling the concentration of strategic element, forming the sub-core of STINDC to finally improve the competence of STINDC.
