The airlines is a commercial organization providing air transportation services with the characters of high investment, high technology and high risk. With the rapid development of economy globalization and knowledge economy, domestic airlines are facing the unseen pressure and challenges from competitions . How to efficiently acquire and manage the human resources has become a key factor for domestic airlines to handle the situation after China entering WTO, remain high speed growth and fulfill the consistent operation. Under such background researching and studying the HR of airlines to help corporation carry on training activities systematically and scientifically will be of vital importance and of realistic meaning for airlines.Based on the present practice of corporation development and business training of China northern airlines, the article combines the theory analysis with practice, follows the researching idea of systematic theory ,and is guided by the theory of training system designing theory, uses the training experience of world advanced enterprises and airlines for reference. The article designs a new training system for the business employment, including the training system, training targets, training organization and flow, training courses and methods, training environment and staff management after training.Establishing a scientific and systemic training system is the key element to standardize the business staff training and development of china northern airlines, The corporation training is a systemic work. The employee's training and development must be combined with corporation stratagem development and human resources programming ,and must be supported by favorable corporation culture and condition, and must design and actualize science training really from the need of organization, operation and employee's development. It's important to build up a group of effective instructors and examine and evaluate mechanism, which will ensure the efficient actualization of training and achieve a dynamic balance in the whole system of corporation human resource. So we will achieve the end aim of training, to change the employee's behavior and improve the organization performance.
