Research On Training Design Of Grass-root Transport Directors

For the purpose of building the famous training band of Grass-root transport directors, this paper aims to make perfect on the process of training design, including the plan for the train, the study of demand analysis by bring in the related theories of training of civil servant home and abroad, the contents of train, feedback about the programme and the guarantee about the train project.Followed the case study of demand analysis and designing programme, introducing the general situation, the existing problem about grass-root civil servant in transport system. Based on the discussion about national and international demand analysis of training theories on research outcomes, this paper gives a series of suggestions on training demand analysis and designing programme for grass root transport directors all over the country, which involves the guiding ideology, setting up training targets, improving all kinds of related institutions.Due to the scarcity of theoretical literatures in the field of civil servant training’s demand analysis in the world, there are some difficulties to do the research. Focus on the process of training design, Competence for grass root transport directors should be paid to attention. But on the other hand it implies that this paper has its theoretical and realistic values. For the purpose of better training grass-root transport director, this paper makes a contribution on suggestion creating new training design for our country grass root civil servants in other fields.
