Corporate Culture is a new modern management theory proposed by American scholars after their study of modern management theories and practices in the beginning of 1980's. Corporate Culture is the reform and reconstruction of traditional management theories. Economic globalization, intellectual economy and construction of modern company system urge the construction of Corporate Culture in our country. The content of competition among modern corporations has first changed from product to service and then from service to strategy, Corporate Culture has become the core of corporations' strategic competition. Culture is the economy of future, without superior Corporate Culture, no corporation can take the leading way in the market. To efficiently improve the construction of Corporate Culture is an important part in the reform and development of corporations in our country.This paper is consisted of 6 parts. The first part is introduction; the second part is the description of Corporate Culture; the third part tells that Corporate Culture is corporation's core competition; the forth part is about the effect of external environment on corporation; the fifth part is about the corporation's internal environment on the shape of Corporate Culture; the sixth part is about the countermeasures of Corporate Culture.This paper expounds the content, features and appearance of Corporate Culture on the basis of reading and studying the relative references and research; this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of Corporate Culture, discusses the relationship between Corporate Culture and corporation's core competition, researches the effect of internal and external environment of corporation on the shape of Corporate Culture; the paper proposes to integrate science and value, sense and sensitivity, individual and whole, tradition and innovation in the construction of Corporate Culture.
