The appraisal for enterprise achievement is helpful to find out drawbacks and shortcomings in management, upgrade measure and object, perfect administering structure, improve operating management, supervise business conduct, determine runners' pay and so on. The appraisal for enterprise achievement has been being highly concerned both by theorists and enterprises.The appraisal for enterprise achievement can be carried out in tow levels. The first is in company administering level, that is the appraisal from owner to runner' s achievement and from investor to the enterprise value of investing object; the second is in company' s inner operating management, that is the appraisal from business operating level to responsible center and individual staff. This paper takes some achievement appraisal system as studying object based on Liaoyang Petrochemical Branch company (here in after refers as Liaoyang Branch Co.) and focuses on the component of appraisal index, the selection of appraisal criteria and the way of appraisal.The following conclusions can be attained through studying: Nol. Because of the different business characters in different departments, there for, the dimensions and the concrete indices of achievement appraisal are also different. As for production units, they should carry out the appraisal by four dimensions including profits, enterprise capacity, environmental benefits and effective management; as for auxiliary production units, they should conduct the appraisal by three dimensions including profits (production cost), environmental benefits and effective management; as for to other units, they can accomplish the appraisal by two dimensions including cost and effective management. No2. The management level is major factor that influence enterprise achievement level. The reality of enterprise achievement is to attain the competing superiority or profits by means of market competition, thedominant competing position depends on competing power, there for, effective management and enterprise capacity is the key index for department achievement appraisal. No3. Enterprise achievement appraisal indices include not only qualitative index but also quantitative index, here we take quantitative index as principal part and the qualitative index as auxiliary one. In the process of specific appraising, we alter the qualitative index into quantitative index by the way of grading items.
