Abstract: The development of logistics can reduce the exhausting of material ,enhance the efficiency of work and create the third profit. These things have already been known by more and more areas and industries. At same time , logistics has been put into practice all over the country rapidly. Faced this kind of opportunity, LiaoNing province should choose the appropriate way for development of logistics regarding of the characters of her industry.This article mainly discuss the fitting way to develop the logistics in LiaoNing from the angle of how to make the layout of logistics reasonable.This article discuss the theory of logistics at first:discuss the origin of conception of logistics,the borderline of system of logistics,the content of industry of logistics；then introduce the logistics status of abroad and the structure of logistics at home；analyze the change of other industry for the development of logistics.The second and the third section is the important of this article, which discuss mainly the distribution of logistics in LiaoNing.
