Conflict Analysis Of The Sort Of Improvement

Conflict analysis is one of the most special and complex problem in group decision making field. The solutions provided by current conflict theory, to some extent, have the weakness such as inferior solution, not be acceptable by each party or overlong settling period. This paper improved the priority method used in collective policy decision-making, making it more applicable to solve conflict analysis problem.The applicability and limitation of the priority method in conflict analysis are analyzed systematically in this paper and the main conclusion are drawn as that , No scheme in the alternative of the current priority method can be totally accepted by each party.; The decision-maker's compromised thoughts towards different objective cannot be reflected in the current priority method; The decision-maker's status and attitude are not considered in the current priority method.Next, in view of the limitation existing in the current priority method, the improvements over taxis method are as follows:(1) In view of the limitation that no scheme in the alternative of the current priority method can be totally accepted by each party, Satisfaction degree is used as a evaluation standard in this paper.(2) In view of limitation that compromised thoughts of decision-makers towards different objective cannot be reflected in the traditional priority method, this paper adopts the way of changing weight and recounting the relative objective weight in every bout.(3) In view of the limitation that the decision-maker's status and attitude are not considered in the current priority method, the decision-maker's attitude towards conflict should be quantified by using the ratio or the product of decision-maker expect profit from the conflict and its status in the conflict solution is recommended in the paper.The problem arising from targets conflict of the six countries (Japan, Korea, China, North Korea, Russia and Mongolia) has been solved by applying the new scheme to the case of "Tumen River Economic Zone". It is proved that the new scheme is good fit with the reality of Tumen River Economic Zone.This improved priority method will reveal both stronger theoretical and practical value as it eliminates its three limitations of traditional methods which are lack of alternative, without reflecting the compromised process of the decision-maker towards each objective and without consideration of decision-maker's status and attitude and inherits. The new priority method, based on revising the attitudes of each party, searches for the conflict solution scheme that each party can accept, the new one also proved that the solution this method gets is the Pareto efficiency in satisfaction dimension. It reflects the status and attitude of the decision-maker and avoids the overlong adjustment period caused by non-direction of the traditional conflict adjustment process .the advantage of the original value as well.
