Analysis On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Tumen River Sub-regional Economic Cooperation

In twenty-first Century, the world economic integration development in unceasinglythorough, the economic cooperation between different countries in the gradual strengthening,regional economic cooperation mode based on it has become the main trend of globaleconomic development in the future. Tumen River Sub-regional Economic Developmentbegan in the90’s of last century, in the course of20years of development, has made someachievements, but because of differences in political, cultural, historical and other factors ofthe region, the regional economic cooperation process speed is relatively slow, such asthrough the deeper view, update on the Tumen River Sub-regional Economic Cooperation andthe status of research problems are particularly important. Based on this, this paper used themethod of literature, logical analysis and other research methods, from the perspective ofconstructivism, to analyze the Tumen River Sub-regional Economic Cooperation presentsituation, put forward specific measures to solve the existing problems, in order to providereference for the benign development of promoting Tumen River Sub-regional Economiccooperation.The study found, Tumen River Sub-regional Economic Cooperation Zone countries lackof regional political mutual trust, identity concept is weak, no government culture of hostilityand competition still exists; but, due to the ethnic differences, ethnic identity is difficult toform, each country has different region’s objective interests, it is precisely because theexpected the effect of the existence of these problems makes the regional economiccooperation is not ideal, weak foundation of economic and trade cooperation, thedevelopment of the national economy is slow, lack of economic cooperation benefitmechanism. In view of the above question, I think, first of all, should establish mutual trustbetween countries and cooperation mechanism, construction of regional identity and commonsense; second, to formulate relevant laws and perfect, increase for the country’s self-discipline;third, the common destiny of prominent region national consciousness, so as to promote theTumen River Sub-regional Economic Cooperation smoothly.
