Shandong Province, The Island Tourism Development

With the gradual development of domestic tourism, tourism demand comes to have the features of diversity and segmentation, which requires the innovation and diversity of tourist products.Under this background, island tourism has developed rapidly. The uniqueness of island tourism resources determines its irreplaceable role in tourism. However island tourism has its own natural and historical characteristics, there are many differences between island tourism and mainland tourism.First, this paper mainly studies the uniqueness of island tourism, such as environmental protection . economic risk division and cultural restraints, and provides the basic measures.Then, this article analyzes and evaluates the conditions and prospect of island tourism development in Shandong Province. In the meantime, it proposes the strategy of the integrated development and regional tourism labor division and cooperation, and the system of concrete measures.Finally, this paper chooses several key islands(Chang Island . Liugong Island . Yangma Island . Hanheng Island and Lingshan Island) in Shandong Province for case study. And it also points out the practical significance of the study on these key islands, providing some relative measures about how to promote the development of island tourism in Shandong province.
