Research On Development Pattern And Countermeasure Of The Area Logistics In Jilin Province

Jilin province is an old base of industry, and its logistics is in the bud, some old enterprises ignore the logistics management, which leads to low benefit and weak competition. This thesis has a further study on the modern logistics of Jilin province through theory combining with practice and comparative analysis based on summarizing the articles of home and aboard. This thesis has six chapters: Chapter 1 introduces the background and purpose, discusses the concept of the logistics and explains the structure and the results of the thesis. Chapter 2 talks about the status and summarizes the characters of the developed countries, and is used for our country reference. Then it expatiates on the status of our country and points out that government sustaining provides the guidelines and driving impetus for the development of the logistics. Simultaneously, it enumerates the problems and points out the trends of our country logistics. Chapter 3 analyzes current situation and requirement of the logistics in Jilin province and affirms the importance of logistics industry to the economic development of Jilin province, and then it expatiates on the strength and weakness of the development of the logistics in Jilin province, which offers the gist for the countermeasures. Chapter 4 put forwards the analysis of several logistics pattern which exists in Jilin province in microcosmic point of view, such as self-employed logistics, the third-part logistics, the integrative logistics and the fourth-part logistics. And it studies which factor we should think about when we make the choice in order to give out the basis for the decision-making. Then it brings forward the development pattern, development tactic, basis notion, layout emphases and target in macrocosmic point of view and puts forward the countermeasures of logistics in Jilin province. Chapter 5 studies on the automotive industry, which is a predominance industry in Jilin province. First, it explores the supply chain process of the automobile logistics, and examines Jilin's current automotive logistics situation and supply chain management. Second, it discusses the purchasing logistics pattern of the automotive industry which introduces the third-part logistics and emphasizes the status and advantages of the third-part logistics. Third, it analyzes the pattern of spare parts for cars logistics of FAW combining with actuality, illustrates the third-part logistics enterprises how to mark out the logistics, how to apply and it affords patterns as an example of FAW-VW. Last, the countermeasures of the automotive industry are put forward. Chapter 6 is a conclusion. The study follows the thought of comparative analysis and theory combining with practice and points out the way of developing the logistics in Jilin province through expatiation of related theories, using the development experience of the logistics inside and outside as reference and connecting with the practice.
