Based on reviewing researches on performance, the paper focuses on how to build a scientific employees' evaluating system. Through the analysis of the present conditions and job performance of chain store in China, the paper points out the defects of evaluating performance in some chain stores. Applying theory tools of economics, management, psychology and decision analysis, the paper carries out some suggestions for evaluating performance of China chain stores: introducing performance management; building strategy-guided evaluating system; combining MBO with KPI, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis to evaluating performance; strengthening employees' action control through communication. At last, the paper analyses the evaluating performance system of a practical company and carries out improve measures. |
