This essay presents the idea and the conception of marketing in the first place, and then reviews the development and achievement of tobacco industry in recent years. According to summary and conclusion, this essay generalizes the operating mode and features of the firms and the enterprise of Chinese tobacco industry. It not only analyzes the purchasing behavior of tobacco consumer, but also elaborates the characteristic and the existing problems of the marketing of tobacco enterprises. According to introducing the main situation of Chuzhou Cigarette Factory, especially the introduction of the development of the brand "Hongsanhuan", the marketing capacity and the enterprise culture of the factory, this article analyzes the outer macroscopic environment and the industry environment for the firm's development. It points out that in current circumstance, making the brand noted, expanding the market and developing the firm will be the important juncture for the deeper development of Chuzhou Cigarette Factory.At the same time ,this paper carry out the research and conclusion on marketing strategy in and out of the province of ChuZhou Cigarette Plant .On production ,I studied the strategy of brand name ,quality and packing. On distribution ,we study the model of channel, the factory influencing others and the strategy of distribution. On terminal strategy ,I studied the ratio of production on counter and the strategy of economic vitality .Meanwhile ,we also studied the strategy of amplifying service and ads and promotion.Owing to the analysis of the marking instance in and out of province of Chuzhou Cigarette Factory ,it is considered that one factory want to become bigger and stronger ,it must fix the market in itself province deeply and exploit deeply the market of other province .In this paper ,the advantage and disadvantage opportunity and challenge in the distribution have been analyzed carefully by the SWOT, and it point out the direction of the exploit in other province.
