This paper introduces the developing conditions of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation and the features of print enterprise. It also describes motivation theory.As the market economy gradually consummates and our country joins to WTO, how to build up an efficient motivating mechanism for the persons of ability, especially for themiddle and high administrators becomes a very important and urgent task. It analyses the present conditions of human resource management of print enterprise by investigating some samplers together with surveys and talking with some middle and high administrators. Combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and applying the motivating theory, it draws a conclusion that the higher needs of administrators in die enterprise are not attached importance to, and are not satisfied. The middle and high administrators lack of efficient motivation. At last it proposes the rule, the way and particular methods to innovate the motivating mechanism to the middle and high administrators. |
