We know from this that this is a moden commucation company derive from a state enterprise.From the national and local posture,it has good develop foreground,but the competition is fury.the company will confront more pressure,opportunity and pressure exist simultaneously.There are some questions in the old performance evaluation system. For example,the objects bing checked and are not full.It lack check method for functional department and emplory.it's not full in content,too.It lack other check content such an that of sercice quality, network quality.In the all.the old performance check and evaluation system need modify to fit the company'devement.This anticle base on the principle of the human resource management theory,from the interview with the company's managers and employs,combine with the company' factoring out a clue of how to make a new performance check and evaluation system.and give a detail check method. The article's emphasis lies in chapter two and chapter three:1 In the design's clue,the design's basis the design's program the design's method, the choice of key target and other aspects combine the theory with the fact closely, the key targets not only associate with the company's targets but also answer for the features of the importace operational controllable and association.2 In the new design,all manager's achievement associate with business department's achievement.This show the idea of functional department serving for business department.3 The new method are very detailed and operable.For example.there are detailed method for service quality, group client in the business department method.4 The new method fill the blank of the evaluation method for function department,enrich the content of the business department's evaluation method.Through the performance evaluation and efficiency communication, performance evaluation system can inspire employs's work enthusiasm and develop the employs's potential.It's a high efficiency management tool.
