New Agricultural Labor Organizations

Agriculture is the basis of the national economy. This strategic status decides the significance of agricultural development. Agricultural production spreads out with the farmers' labor, but the unique function of the organization determines that only by constituting a certain agricultural labor organization can this production activity proceed more smoothly and efficiently. Chinese agricultural labor organization have gone through different phases, from the mutual-aid team founded soon after the establishment of the People's Republic of China, the primary society, the high society, the people's community, then to the double deck management organization based on the family responsibility linking output with remuneration after our country's reform and opening up. However, the labor organization in each phase makes quite a different significance toward the agricultural productivity.This paper applies the fundamental principles of Marxism, such as dialectic materialism, historical materialism, political economy and organizational behaviorism, ect. It adopts the methods of unifying logic and history, combines the methods of analysis and synthesis, and statistical analysis ect. Selecting abundant and accurate materials, it analyzes and researches the evolvement and characteristics of Chinese agricultural labor organization founded soon after the establishment of the People's Republic of China, and its relation with the development of agricultural economy. It especially emphasizes on the cause of the great changes of China's agricultural labor organization in the new era, the characteristics of the new agricultural labor organization based on the family responsibility linking output with remuneration, and its great promotion effect toward our country's agricultural economy. It reveals the fundamental laws that only with accord with the characteristics of agricultural production,adapting the developing level of agricultural productivity and the farmer's ideas and consciousness can promote the development of our country's agriculture and the progress of the agricultural society.Moreover, this paper analyzes and researches the disadvantages of the double deck management organization, which have emerged at present. It indicates the development direction and realistic track which the changing of the agricultural labor organization shouldfollow. And it also summarizes several innovative forms of agricultural labor organizationthat have appeared in the rural area.
