Ethical corporate culture and technological innovation are focuses question that enterprise and academic have studied. Ethical corporate culture is praised as the soul of enterprise's key competitiveness promoted. Technological innovation is the inherent power of which raises enterprise's competitiveness. They both concern the future and destiny of the enterprise directly and become two major driving force of enterprise surviving and developing. Only ethical corporate culture and technological innovation interact developing and bring out the best in each other, they can promote enterprise's key competitiveness together and not make enterprise wane. In the light of relevant theories of management, economics, the thesis analyzes the important position and function of ethical corporate culture and technological innovation in the enterprise development by adopting the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. In the process of the research, the integrated feasibility of ethical corporate culture and technological innovation is probed; the dynamic system that ethical corporate culture effects technological innovation is discussed.
