Supply chain management is the new management idea and practice in the developed countries. Its character is that the ranges of resources broaden from inside in the enterprise to the whole society, even to the global. Then, it makes the enterprise form the strategic alliance for the common benefits. As the new management idea, it can meet the needs to the enterprise to the changeable market. The enterprise can make out the scientific forecast and quick reaction. It is very urgent and actual problem to study and analyze the supply chain management for enterprise in China So it make our enterprise realize "the two changes", break "big and complete" and "small and complete" thoroughly. And it helps our enterprises stride forward to the international market and improve the capability of service and competition in the international market. These are current and theory significance to us.I analyze and study the mechanism of supply chain management in this thesis, and introduce the intention and extension of the supply chain management, and analyze the development stages and the features of the different stages of supply chain management. Then, I also analyze that the enterprise should have the features, such as: competition at the core, hiring the professional work, expanding enterprises in the situation of supply chain management. I study the relation between the supply chain management and other modern management idea. At last, on the base of this analysis, I put forward a new management model by new thinking and method under situation of the supply chain management and construction supply chain management.In the analysis of the factors, which influence the supply chain management, I analyze the present situation of supply chain management in China. On the base of this, I put forward many factors such as concept, talent, standard, function of traditional enterprise, trade cooperation that influence us to realize supply chain management. I analyze indefinition, cost, and risk, and then I put forward the measures, which can reduce the indefinite, cost, and risk factors. So, this analysis laid a strong foundation of construction the supply chain management. I analyze and study the succeed experience of in supply chain management in external countries and internal country, for example, direct model of Dell, the supply chain management of Longyan cigarette factory. In the light of this concrete experience, I put forward the experience, which is for reference for our country, for example:changing from function to process management, from profit to benefit management, from product to customer's management, from trade to relationship management, from stock to information management.On the base of this series study and analysis, I put forward the principle, which we must be abided by: simple constructor, indefinite, and strategic view. And I design the evaluation index system. I also plan the model of supply chain management. Then, I use the experience of succeed enterprise for reference, 'and put forward the countermeasures which can make the supply chain management execute. (l).We change our concept and emphase on the talent train. (2).We enhance the supply chain management, make up the special organization, set up state standard, construct the customer order management system and set up advanced the supply chain management system. (3). We emphasize on the logistics and enhance the electronic information construction.
