The author specifies some great companies and describes their culture, including IBM, Matsushita Electric, Huawei Technologies and Haier. And finally, a conclusion is brought out: the key of a great corporate culture is the perfect match between corporate culture, environment and strategy.The third part is the specific case of Shandong Kingnet Corp. The author uses the theories mentioned above to analyze Kingnet and draft a detailed scenario.At last, this thesis outlines three key points for establishing a great corporate culture— ensuring the match between corporate culture, environment and strategy, institutionalizing and systemizing corporate culture.
