With rapid progress of economy integration, especially after Chinese entry of WTO, the environment for corporations has a great change. More and more set up their manufacturing base in China to reduce the total cost. Especially for some assembly company like CS company, most material and parts is from supplier, how to get the timely service with the better quality and reasonable price is the most important task for the time being. Traditional purchasing mode can not meet the requirement of company development,The purchasing mode should re-design and modify based on the supply chain theory, the thesis is oriented purchasing management as well as supplier management in CS company, based on the supply chain management and SAP material management modular,All the material and parts is divided several different group, according to the method of supply segmentation, the purchasing strategy is established on this classification. Moreover, the supplier management problems are analyzed and feasible improvement measures as well as incentive measures are provided by the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method. Quantitative analysis combine with qualitative analysis in order to set up accurate supplier evaluation system., in the meanwhile, integrate the resource in the company, design new purchasing procedure, improve the management level of purchasing and supplier management.The result of research has directly instruction on purchasing and supplier management, it also can provide reference for other assembly company. |
