The Study, Based On Eco-tourism Urban Construction Of The Theory Of Circular Economy

Currently, seeking the harmony between the human being & nature and society, and constructing the harmonious society in the city have been launched vigorously. Constantly perfecting and beautifying the city's ecological environment and constructing an ecological tourism urban, which is fit for people to dwell, work and tour for rest, have become the main trend of city's development, and this is the most ideal choose for human being to go after the city's sustainable development. At the same time, the select of the traditional economic development model which is characterized with "produce in a large amount, consume in a large amount and a large amount of discard", cause the city's resources wasted, destroyed and not in short supplied, environment been in difficult to support the ability of dissolve pollution to self-purification, and environment quality been constantly deteriorated, which are impairing severely the city's harmony in ecology, and restricting the sustainable development of the urban society. In 1990s, the countries all over the world reached common recognize on sustainable development, and put forward the economic development model of circulation. This mode aims at structuring "Resources—Products—Wastes(whether it is or not) and then resources" closed loop type of economic system. It is a new economic configuration that adapts to and optimizes the economic structure, utilizes resources, protects environment and advances sustainable development rationally. Since the circulation economy theory was put forward, it has been applied to lots of domains. To construct the ecological tourism urban, it is necessary to alter the traditional economy development model and to strive for the harmony between the human being, environment, resources and the society economy of city, which need the instruction of the circulation economy theory. In view of above reasons, this paper started from the definition of the Ecological Tourism Urban. This paper discussed the features of the ecological tourism urban and its construction mode, and combined with the relations between the ecological tourism urban and the circulation economy theory, analyzed stress the construction of the ecological tourism urban with the instruction of circulation economy theory. In the last, the paper put forward a structure aimed at constructing the circulation society of ecological tourism urban.The whole paper includes six parts except the concluding remarks.Part I : This part introduced the backgrounds of research on ecological tourism urban construction based on the theory of circulation economy and the developments of study on ecological urban abroad and inland.Part II: This part outlined the ecological tourism urban. And the contents include the explanation of the notion of the ecological tourism urban, its characters and its construction mode.Part III: This part analyzed the circulation economy and the construction of the ecological tourism urban with the circulation economy. In this part, the author first analyzed the meanings, principles, characters and the demands to carry out it, then analyzed the demands and instructions of the circulation economy theory to construct the ecological tourism urban, and at last analyzed the contents of the constructioncombined with the circulation theory.Part IV: This part analyzed the circular mechanism of the ecological tourism urban. In this part, the author analyzed the ecological environment and the circular structure of the ecological tourism urban and then put forward the circular utilizing mechanism to the living garbage and polluted water in the city.Part V: This part combined the development and protection of the tourism resources in the ecological tourism urban with the circulation economy theory.
