The business enviroment around Chinese enterprises has been undergoing tremendous changes in the earlier 21st century. Market economy developing fast and extensive,science & techonlogy marching onto unprecedented level specially IT reveloution which is exerting magical influences beyond imagination,all of which combined made and are making changes to business competition environment and rules; as the result,domestic market has been globalised,local competition being transformed into international challenges,competitons between enterprises expressing themselves in the measure of core competence. Facing up to those changes,enterprises are searching for ways to gain competitive advantages so as to survive and develop in the new enviroment of 21st century ,therefore ,business strategic management becomes more important and complex than ever.Many are realising that the implementing of strategy management and routine operation with it at the core is the road to success . As a case in study of strategy management ,this thesis focuses on working out the developing strategies for ZheJiang Bonas socks Co;LtdIn the logical sequence of strategic investigation, stategic selection and implementing of strategy ,this paper comes up with an integrated three level strategy in the form of corporate strategy ,competiton strategy and functional strategy for the studied company. Also detailed are the concrete plans in functional strategies such as marketing, e-business, organizational reshuffle and human resources management in the aim to materialize the corporate stategic goals.
