the subject of this paper is finding out the advantage and the disadvantage of the company which author is working at by analyzing, according to the present condition of textile industry and enterprise resources as well as the complexion of the later quota system age and textile machinery industy. and author expatiate on how to collocate resources reasonably,strength enterprise competion and obtain competitive advantage through strengthen enterprise strategy, human resourcesand optimize organization system.Author introduced the developed history and present situation of the company in first and second part. Based on former statement, in third part, author analyzed textile industry and textile machinery industry that the enterprise located and engaged. In conclusion, the author consider that the vocation's circumstance is still well. The vocation that company had choosed also have developing space and prospect, but the market competement is very fierce. In fourth part, the paper analyzed separately in enterprise macro-economic running status ,market status of production,human resources and organic system. While analyzing the industry, author used six-element analytical method. while analyzing market competitiveness of production, author used universal-matrix method. while concluding enterprise competitive advantage, author used SWOT-matrix method, meanwhile, quoted some financial data,operational data and market statistic data, author pointed out the opportunity and challenge that company faced as well as advantage and disadvantage of the company .Author put forward the issue in fifth part that we should promote enterprise competitiveness and obtain enterprise competitive advantage by strengthen enterprise strategic management,human resources management and optimize organic system. The issue is discussed by quoted managent viewpoint. Furthermore, author introduced simply the conception and method of exploiting human resources and optimizing organic system. At last, according to company present condition, author advanced some concrete advices that can be referred by top manage to make decision.
