Construction Of The Closed-loop Supply Chain Information Flow Based On Third-party Logistics

With arrival of information age and constant development of information technology, information has high status in the enterprises, and information flow becomes the key that improves the operation efficiency of the supply chain too. This article mainly researches the closed-loop supply chain based on the third party logistics and structures its information flow network, makes use of information technology to realize the information integration. It offers some thoughts for the information optimization of the supply chain.This article studies third party logistics and closed-loop supply chain and proposes the closed-loop supply chain model based on the third party logistics. On the basis of analysing the reasons caused information jam, it structures the information flow network of closed-loop supply chain based on third party logistics. In this model, every nodal enterprise in the supply chain has realized the transmission of information inside or outside enterprises through Internet, Intranet and Extranet network, and weakens "the bullwhip effect" resulted the information bottleneck of the supply chain, realizes the information sharing. Meanwhile, this article proposes a kind of information integration scheme of supply chain based on the information technology. This scheme realizes the information sharing management of closed-loop supply chain through EDI, XML technology on the foundation of setting up Web server.This article researches the information flow of closed-loop supply chain combined with many kinds of theories such as supply chain theory, the third party logistics, "the bullwhip effect" theory and information flow control model etc, and on this basis it proposes information flow network realized the information sharing of closed-loop supply chain. Combining with the research of this article, the supply chain alliance can design model following the characteristic and need of one's own members, and realizes resource-sharing on the basis of information sharing. It offers some methods and suggestions for the supply chain and every nodal enterprise to realize the cost minimization and the profit maximization.
