Study On The Closed-loop Supply Chain Pricing Strategy Under Different Government Incentive Mechanism

With the rapid development of global economy,the human develop and over consume resources lead to the relationship between economic development and environmental protection more and more nervous.In order to remit the tension of resource consumption and economic development and at the same time to give consideration to economic development and environmental protection,more and more scholars began to study waste product recycling and the theory of closed-loop supply chain.Using the theory of closed-loop supply chain guide waste product recycling in production activities such as cycling can realize high-efficient cyclic utilization of resources which just accord with the idea of sustainable development.Therefore,the government have issued some economic policies and incentives to company for recycling of waste product and then back into the consumer market.Incentive behavior of the government is bound to be different influence on each players of the closed-loop supply chain.This behavior will also bring some profits for the whole of closed-loop supply chain.My article will introduce the retailer recycling way and the third party recycling way respectively.Under these two recycling ways to study how government incentive mechanism's influence the closed-loop supply chain pricing.This article will mainly research government subsidies.My thesis mainly include the following several aspects:First,we will analyze research background and research significance.Then we will introduce the method and the structure of this article.Second,we will introduce several concepts of related literature review,such as the recovery remanufacture theory,closed-loop supply chain,the structure of closed-loop supply chain,recycling way and government incentive mechanism.Then point out the achievements and defects of the current document.Third,this article will combined government subsidies with a third party recycling way to discuss pricing strategy under the centralized decision-making and decentralized decision making of closed-loop supply chain.And carry on the comparison to different pricing strategies in order to choose the optimal pricing strategy.In the decentralized decision making situations we will discuss two kinds of subsidy respectively which are manufacturers subsidy and third-party recyclers subsidy.Then we will compare the optimal pricing strategy under decentralized decision making with the centralizeddecision making.At last design the closed-loop supply chain coordination contract to get profit maximization.Fourth,we will discuss the model of retailer recycling way in the closed-loop supply chain.In this way the closed-loop supply chain will combine manufacturers,retailers and consumers.Then we will discuss two kinds of situation which are centralized decision-making and decentralized decision making.In the part of decentralized decision-making my article will research different price strategies when the government subsidies retailers and manufacturers respectively.And through analysis we can choose the optimal subsidy policy in the retailer recycling way.Then solve the optimal pricing strategy in the situation of the centralized decision-making.At last we will compare the two price strategies under the government subsidy and design coordination mechanism of the closed loop supply chain to get maximized benefit.Finally,this article will summarize the full text,main conclusions and contributions of the article,then point out the deficiency which we study.Finally we will look forward for the future research work.
