Study On The Recycling Strategy Of Express Carton In Closed-loop Supply Chain Under Government Rewards And Punishments

With the rapid development of e-commerce industry,the demand for express packaging is also increasing.As a kind of packaging that can be reused,express carton is disposed at will,which aggravates the environmental pollution caused by resource waste and loss.Therefore,it is imperative to recycle express carton.The closed-loop supply chain has the natural property of recycling.As the best carrier of energy saving and carbon emission reduction in the supply chain,how to use the closed-loop supply chain to achieve recycling and environmental protection has important and urgent practical significance.Government departments have an inescapable responsibility to control and control economic development,environmental protection and other aspects.The government should formulate a reasonable incentive mechanism to promote the recycling of waste products in the closed-loop supply chain,improve the utilization rate of resources and reduce carbon emissions.Now about delivery carton recycling mode of the basic to manufacturers to entrust a third party recycling center recycle,only a few of express delivery enterprises and electricity enterprises committed to recycling,in order to improve the enthusiasm of express enterprises recycle carton promote express enterprises participate in the work of carton recycling,this paper introduced government rewards and punishments mechanism to express packages and packaging carton as the research object,and innovation in combining with the characteristics of express enterprise recycling model using Stackelberg game building express enterprise recycling model.The economic and environmental benefits of each member of the closed-loop supply chain are compared and analyzed respectively from the two aspects of the government's recovery subsidy mechanism and the government's carbon emission restriction mechanism,so as to provide reference for the government to formulate reasonable recovery subsidy or reasonable carbon emission restriction conditions.At the same time,it also provides countermeasures and Suggestions for express delivery enterprises and carton manufacturing enterprises to formulate reasonable recycling strategies and pricing strategies.In addition,this paper also takes into account the analysis of consumers' willingness and behavioral factors for express carton recycling under the government's reward and punishment mechanism,and solves problems and optimizes solutions by investigating and empirical research on consumers' choice behaviors,so as to improve consumers' enthusiasm for carton recycling.In this paper,we first make use of Stackelberg game to establish a recycling model for express carton manufacturers from different perspectives,with the consideration of whether to implement the government reward and punishment mechanism for express carton manufacturers.Taking sf express enterprise as an example,the recovery rate of express carton,carbon dioxide emission,retail price and profit value of each member of the supply chain under different reward and punishment mechanisms were compared and analyzed by numerical simulation.From the perspective of the government's recycling subsidy mechanism,through the derivation of the recycling model of express delivery enterprises and case analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: the implementation of a certain subsidy incentive mechanism by the government will help improve the recycling amount of express cartons,and at the same time promote the enthusiasm of carton manufacturing enterprises and express delivery enterprises to recycle cartons.From the perspective of resource use and environment,the government's participation can effectively improve the utilization rate of resources and alleviate the environmental pollution caused by resource waste.From the perspective of the government's carbon emission restriction mechanism,through the derivation and case analysis of the recycling model of express enterprises,the following conclusions are drawn: the implementation of the carbon emission restriction mechanism by the government will help improve the recycling amount of express cartons,and also promote the enthusiasm of carton manufacturers,express enterprises and consumers to recycle cartons.Government incentives for enterprises with good recycling effect and emission reduction effect can effectively improve the utilization rate of resources and reduce carbon emissions generated in the carton production process.In terms of the analysis of consumers' willingness and behavioral factors for the recycling of express cartons,it is mainly concluded that consumption level,environmental protection attitude,carton awareness,express service level and government policies have a positive impact on consumers' participation in carton recycling.At last,it points out the deficiency of the paper and the direction of future research.
