As far as enterprises are concerned, human resource is the most important resource. It is one of the most concerned questions for enterprises how to recruit the talented. For enterprises, recruitment is an important source to attract employees, and is a symbol to input new blood and appear prosperity.Modernization of enterprise-management is a purposeful and systematic process, which requires systematically apply modern science and technology into enterprise management processes. As a sub_system of human resource management, modernization of recruitment management is also a purposeful and standard practice, and it will improve enterprise' s quality, vitality as well as its efficiency through recruitment and selection and other processes in a systematical and continual way.The thesis, based of the study and summary of a lot of materials and works, draws some characters of modernization of recruitment management since 1980s, and analyses the reasons for the appearance of such characters. Guiding with some theories such as the recruitment management theory, enterprise internal and external environment theory, at the same time, compared with oversees practices, the thesis analyses the current situation of enterprise' s recruitment management in China. And combining with the analysis of the reasons and presenting the concerned measurements, which has some practical significance and referential value to shorten the gap between domestic and oversees management level, and to improve our enterprise' s recruitment management.
