confronting the globalization and fierce market competition , In order to make the enterprises survive, develop and expand its competition advantages under an unpredictable, sustained and rapidly changing competitive environment, series of new manufacture concepts and models are putting forward. Enterprise dynamic union and network-based agile manufacture are the trend of the 21st century. This paper adopts the theory of agile supply chain, take the Jiangsu Province Enterprise Informationization Application Model Engineering-HTCG-CIMS as an example and conduct an in-depth Empirical Research on the agile supply chain management. Firstly, it builds a suitable agile supply chain architecture based on the practical situation of the enterprise; secondly, after studying the integrated internal agile supply chain of the CIMS, it analyzes the difficulty of the ETO type enterprise in integrating and provide solutions; at the end, it puts forward solutions to the bottleneck of the agile supply chain management of the ETO type enterprises.
