The paper discusses the competitive environment around manufacturing corporation groups under the influence of economic globalization, and analyzes some factors that block the developing of manufacturing corporation groups(MCGs). Then we point out that supply chain integration of MCGs is the main method to solute the problems that we have mentioned above and to enhance core competence. The paper makes it clear that supply chain integration of MCGs should start from business process reengineering, BPR. Through the BPR, MCGs can reduce the total reflect time of orders, and speed up response to the objective customers. Then we discuss the importance of reasonable R&D structure that bases on concurrent engineering to reduce time to market and to ensure the sustainable development of new products. On the base of it, we build the fundamental framework of integrated supply chain operation in MCGs through restructuring organization, repositioning supplier relationships, establishing flexible manufacturing model which bases on mass customization, optimizing logistic distributions system and performance appraising system, etc. Then the paper analyzes two basic systems - information system and knowledge management system - which are very important to support supply chain integration of MCGs. At last, the paper demonstrates the feasibility and operability of supply chain integration model with real case of Haier Group. Then we get some conclusions on supply chain integration of MCGs. At the same time, we preview the prospect of supply chain integration, and point out some interesting topics about further research on supply chain integration of MCGs.
