| Dynamic alliance is a new organizational mode that is based on different core competence co-operation. To finish a common production project or an R&D project, it will distribute and coordinate among enterprises according to the methodology of Project Management.This paper analyses the rationality and characteristics of dynamic alliance, classifies different modes according to the characteristics of project co-operation, and discusses the matches of income distribution mechanism to different organizational modes.Then the author analyses the reasons why the dynamic alliance is instable, and explains the existence of relative stability on the basis of the game theory methods, puts forward some pieces of strategies to improve relative stability. This paper has several conclusions. First, design of separate contracts can effectively prohibit the converse selection of member enterprises before the construction of dynamic alliance. Second, design of incentive contracts that confirms the income of project in term of risks on the basis of principal-agents model can effectively prohibit the morality risks after the construction of dynamic alliance. In the long term, reputation effects can decrease the breach of promises deeds in multi-stages project co-operation. Meanwhile, favorable learning mechanism and trust mechanism are also important for improving the relative stability of dynamic alliance. |
