Human resource is more and more important, and it is a key factor to the enterprise with the informationization and globalization. The essence of the competition among the enterprises is the competition of human resource. To male the best of the potentialities of human, we must be putting the human first, and only when we do this, we can take advantage of all of the elements. People oriented is the core of the management, it requests us to respect, understand and concern of the staff. Only when we stimulate the energy and creation of the staff, should we can realize the comprehensive and free development of them and let the targets of the enterprise identical to the staff's. The core of the putting the human first is the comprehensive and free development of the staff, and it's also the core of the human management.Encouragement is the core of organization behavior as well as an important function. To apply the encouragement methods, move the energy of the staff and improve the efficiency of the organization, we reach the encouragement and find it's principle and methods.The article is divided three sections:First, it summarizes different opinions, including internal and external administrator opinions and psychologists opinions, and gives my own opinions, and introduces the history of encouragement. The article also reviews main theory of encouragement, analyzes their advantage and disadvantage, and points out questions that we should attention. Finally, it introduces the reaching condition and results of some domestic scholar.Second, it points out the questions in administration of enterprise, analyses the reason of these questions and discusses the significance of encouragement in the administration of enterprise.Third, it poses the principle of solving encouragement question and six methods and principle in applying mechanism, and poses that applying encouragement mechanism requests safeguard in all respects. I poses four safeguards in applying encouragement , including system,environment , institution and supervising, and poses that we should apply the encouragement at the right moment and should make use of ideology education.Finally, it poses that the key of applying encouragement is elevating the quality and capability of administrators, and they should combine the factors perfectly.
